Our store sells products made from natural wood and handcrafted items. We kindly ask that you understand the characteristics of natural materials and handmade products before purchasing. We accept returns and refunds based on the following policy:

●Regarding the Characteristics of Natural Materials

Solid wood varies in grain pattern, color, and knots from piece to piece. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural materials and are not considered defects.

Wood warping or cracking may occur depending on the environment (humidity and temperature). Please be mindful of the conditions where the product will be used.

● Regarding Refunds

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. All inquiries must be submitted via email. Please specify the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. We will not accept returns that are sent without first requesting a return. To process your return, please provide your name, email address, order number, and the name of the product you wish to return. The refund amount will be up to the original purchase price. For customer-initiated returns, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in good condition.
