Shipping policy

We currently ship to Japan, the United States (currently suspended), France, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, South Korea, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Italy, and Denmark. We plan to expand our delivery area in the future.

●Product shipping

All orders are processed within [5 business days] after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We will ship your order via Japan Post EMS or another Japan Post service.
Shipping costs will depend on the destination, type of product, and quantity.

●Estimated Shipping Costs

United States: 3,900 yen to 15,100 yen
*The price in Japanese yen will be converted to US dollars at the time of checkout.
Items typically arrive approximately one week after shipment.

France, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand: 3,150 yen to 13,000 yen
*The price in Japanese yen will be converted to the respective country's currency at the time of checkout.
Items typically arrive approximately one week after shipment.

China, South Korea: 1,450 yen to 6,400 yen
*The price in Japanese yen will be converted to the respective country's currency at the time of payment.
Items typically arrive within a few days after shipment.

Japan: 600 yen to 1,500 yen
*Via services such as Yu-Pack, Letter-Pack, etc.

Delivery of your ordered products may be delayed or take longer than usual due to natural disasters, war, incidents, accidents, or customs inspections.

Furthermore, if the delivery cannot be completed due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., issues on the buyer's end), we may charge an additional fee.

If the total order amount, including shipping fees, exceeds 200,000 yen due to multiple items ordered at once, the order will be shipped in multiple packages. We will cover any additional shipping costs incurred due to this split shipment.

●Payment

The total amount payable for your purchase includes the product price and shipping cost.
You can pay using major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. If any dispute arises between you and your credit card company or payment processor, such dispute will be resolved directly between the parties, and we will not be held liable.

●Customs, Duties and Taxes (for international orders)

Our store is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

●Damages

Our store is not responsible for any damage or loss of items during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact the shipping company or our customer service at to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged item before filing a claim.
