Folk art Kagura masks painting set 健御名方命 (Takeminakata no Mikoto) Papier-mache mask/Handmade

These papier-mache kagura masks are handmade from paper clay made from used paper. The masks are delivered with the primer coating with gofun (a type of powdered pigment) and the drying process completed, so you can experience painting the face with paints right away. Please refer to the finished product and the manual while painting. There are 5 masks for painting, so you can enjoy it with your friends and family.

Paints necessary for painting are not included in the set because they cannot be transported.

Masks for painting are delivered with gofun, a base coating, already applied. Please paint with watercolors or acrylics.

All masks are handmade. No two masks are exactly alike. Please note that there may be slight differences between the photo and the actual product.
