Kumiko cake stand

This is a cake stand with a Kumiko plate on it. The Kumiko plates used in this stand have been handcrafted one by one by highly skilled Japanese Kumiko artisans.

This kumiko is made of solid cypress wood and is composed of small, dense hemp leaf patterns, giving it a sense of stability and elegance.
They are left unpainted so that you can enjoy the natural texture of the wood. You can also enjoy watching the color change over time, which will develop a more tasteful appearance.

The kumiko plate can be removed from the stand, so it can be used not only as a cake stand, but also as a unique object, depending on your imagination.
